Job Summary
Restaurant Supervisor oversees and supports front-of-house roles (bussers, hosts/hostesses, servers) to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include greeting guests, solving guest issues, maintaining knowledge of menu and promotions, handling POS software, cleaning and resetting tables, communicating guest requests to managers, participating in training, monitoring productivity, and ensuring shift checklists are completed. Must present a polished appearance, demonstrate hospitality, build positive guest and team relationships, and possess strong computer skills. Training and experience in restaurant/hospitality environments preferred; flexible scheduling required.
