Job Summary
Lead a team in a fast-paced, fast-casual restaurant environment. Oversee staffing, training, coaching, and performance management; manage inventory control, ordering, and waste reduction; enforce food safety and sanitation standards; deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns; monitor sales, labor costs, profitability, and KPIs; collaborate with corporate area managers on marketing, compliance, and brand initiatives; maintain store cleanliness and PrimoHoagies brand presentation; opportunity to grow within a growing franchise network.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership experience in restaurant or retail management (fast-casual a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Knowledge of food safety practices; ServSafe preferred (We will train)
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
