Restaurant Store Manager for Radical Sandwich Shop

Oversee all staff in the restaurant while maintaining profitability and seamless operation of the entire facility. Lead, mentor, and train all managers and employees with daily coaching, long-term planning, and adherence to company SOPs. Manage labor through constant monitoring, shift cutting, and labor forecasting when preparing the schedule. Execute general responsibilities to minimize operating costs, including developing accurate financial objectives and tracking controllable expenses to budget. Ensure the restaurant follows all food safety, handling, and sanitation requirements as stated by County, State, and Federal Government. Maintain the facility and all equipment with weekly walkthroughs, repair logs, and preventative maintenance schedules. Handle guest complaints in person, on the phone, or via social media. Complete and submit accurate monthly inventory and manage store checkouts, banking, cash handling, and register reconciliation. Adhere to the company's Injury and Illness Prevention Program by conducting monthly safety audits.
