Job Summary
Restaurant Store Assistant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager with daily restaurant operations, leads and coaches team members in the absence of the RM, ensures guest satisfaction, upholds brand standards and health regulations, handles shift duties, cash, and inventory, completes end-of-shift paperwork, trains staff on product and procedures, and collaborates with management to meet financial and operational metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Full time required
- availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required
- Valid state Driver’s License required
