Job Summary
Restaurant Assistant Manager at Circle K assists the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, leads and coaches restaurant team members in the RM's absence, ensures guest satisfaction, maintains cleanliness and safety, assigns shifts, oversees food preparation and production per brand and health standards, conducts interviews for staff, manages cash, inventory, and paperwork, and supports the RM to meet financial and operational metrics while fostering Circle K values.
Required Qualifications
- Full-time availability during all hours of operation including pre-opening and post-closing
- Valid state Driver’s License
- Excellent communication skills
