Job Summary
As a part of our Restaurant Squad, Crew Members aim to consistently deliver great customer service and the MOD Pizza experience. You’ll make pizzas and salads for a diverse guest base, follow food safety and quality standards, keep the restaurant clean, and contribute to an authentic hospitality vibe on every shift. You’ll work with your Squad Crew to create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere where everyone belongs, and opportunities for growth are available through internal promotion. MOD emphasizes value, fun, teamwork, and delivering a memorable customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrate a passion for people, enjoy connecting with fellow Squad crew members and customers
- Ability to follow processes and instructions in a consistent manner
- Have a history of consistent attendance and punctuality
- Show an interest to learn, grow and contribute to the success of the restaurant
