Restaurant Shift Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations as Shift Supervisor to ensure hospitality, quality products, and a clean environment while coaching and developing Team Members, Trainers, Team Leads, and Key Holders. Open and close the restaurant, manage labor costs and food waste, train and coach staff, enforce policies and procedures, maintain safety, and ensure guest satisfaction. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, customer service, and adherence to brand standards within a fast-paced family dining environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age (Must be the age permitted by local law for selling, ringing up, checking identification, and serving alcohol)
- Must have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- 6 months of supervisory, lead or training experience (preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry) or equivalent combination of relevant supervisory, lead or training experience and industry experience
- Basic computer skills
