Job Summary
As a Restaurant Shift Supervisor at Peter Piper Pizza, you will contribute to executing operational standards to deliver a high-quality guest experience. You will open/close the restaurant using appropriate checklists, coach and develop Team Members, and ensure adherence to rules, policies, and safety procedures. You will help manage profitability by monitoring labor costs and food waste, supervise daily tasks, and maintain a safe environment for both staff and guests. The role involves training and developing Team Members, Certified Trainers, Team Leads, and Key Holders, and supporting hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, family-oriented setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age (Must be the age permitted by local law for selling, ringing up, checking identification, and serving alcohol)
- Must have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- 6 months of supervisory, lead or training experience (preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry) or equivalent combination of relevant supervisory, lead or training experience and industry experience
- Basic computer skills
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
