Job Summary
As part of MOD's Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver pizzas and salads with radical style and personalization, setting an example of service and belonging. Lead the making of pizzas for Veggie Pilers, Pepperoni Perfectionists, and Plant-based Pioneers; coach, train, and motivate front-line staff; ensure knowledge of Operational Standards and resources; partner with the General Manager to engage the local community and uphold MOD values. Over 70% of MOD Leaders are promoted internally, with a focus on mentorship and customer experience where every pizza is personal and everyone belongs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership
- Experience successfully leading, coaching, training, and motivating front line employees
- Ability to think strategically and act tactically
- Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations
- Must be at least 18 years old
