Job Summary
As part of MOD's Restaurants Leadership team, the Shift Supervisor directs the Squad Crew to deliver pizzas and salads with radical style and personalization, setting the example of service and community. You lead the making of pizzas for various dietary preferences and ensure the experience is personal and welcoming. You will coach and mentor the team, maintain operational standards, and partner with the General Manager to engage the local community. You are expected to exemplify MOD values, create a positive shift environment, and develop front-line staff while maintaining energy and a strong guest-focused vibe. Over 70% of MOD Leaders are promoted internally, and the role emphasizes belonging, mentorship, and delivering a consistent MOD experience for every guest.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership
- Experience successfully leading, coaching, training, and motivating front line employees
- Ability to think strategically and act tactically
- Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations
- Must be at least 18 years old
