Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leads restaurant operations during scheduled shifts, trains new hires and supports program rollouts and standards, serves as a senior squad member to ensure guest experiences and smooth operations, provides feedback and guidance, and oversees deployment of the squad while maintaining MOD’s service standards and safety.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of customer service or restaurant experience
- Proven success as a mentor, trainer or informal leader
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start date
- Proficient in written and oral communication
- Ability to support restaurant hours—minimum of 3 shifts and 18 hours per week
