Job Summary
As part of MOD's Restaurants Leadership team, the Shift Supervisor directs the Squad Crew to deliver pizzas and salads with a service mindset and a personalized experience. They set the example of serving with radical style and personalization, coach and train the Squad to maintain energy and a positive shift culture, ensure knowledge of Operational Standards, partner with the General Manager to engage the local community, and help create a MOD vibe that customers expect. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and hospitality to ensure every guest experiences pizza that is personal and everyone belongs, with internal promotion opportunities and a focus on mentorship and team development. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership
- Experience leading, coaching, training, and motivating front line employees
- Ability to think strategically and act tactically
- Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations
- Must be at least 18 years old
