Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at Peter Piper Pizza contributes to execution of operations standards by ensuring guests receive a high-quality experience, delivering outstanding hospitality, maintaining a clean environment, and coaching/developing Team Members, Certified Trainers, Team Leads, and Key Holders. Opens and closes the restaurant, drives profitability through labor cost and waste management, trains and develops staff, and enforces policies and safety rules to maintain a safe, guest-friendly environment. The role requires supervising, coordinating daily tasks, and interacting effectively with guests and colleagues in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age (age required by local law for selling, ringing up, checking identification and serving alcohol)
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- 6 months of supervisory, lead or training experience (preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry) or equivalent supervisory experience
- Basic computer skills
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
