Job Summary
Restaurant Shift Manager staffing a casino/hotel food and beverage outlet on an assigned shift. Oversees operations, ensures sanitation and service quality, upholds standards and policies, trains and evaluates restaurant personnel, handles customer complaints, and drives profitability while complying with regulatory requirements. Must be able to work holidays and weekends, stand for long periods, and lift up to 25 lbs; requires English communication skills and a Bachelor’s degree. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in a related field
- Three to five years’ experience in full service restaurant management
