Restaurant Shift Manager

Manage employee performance and development through training, feedback, and learning opportunities. Lead by example to serve guests in a courteous, attentive, and efficient manner while providing a positive dining experience that encourages return visits. Engage guests by demonstrating passion for culinary and beverage offerings. Provide service staff with resources to grow their skills, passion, and knowledge. This role requires 1 or more years of restaurant or hospitality experience and team leadership skills. Full-time availability includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends in Rochester, NY.
