Job Summary
Manage shift operations by directing team members to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed in service flow. Lead a high-performing group of hourly Team Members and assist with operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, and inventory. Participate in applicant interviews and support employee relations initiatives. Requires at least one year of restaurant leadership experience and a Food Safety Certification. Starting hourly rate is $24.00 to $28.00, plus $2/hour for post-midnight shifts.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team
- Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction
- Strong problem solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
