Job Summary
Direct the flow of service on a shift and supervise the work of hourly Team Members to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed. Lead a high-performing team, participate in applicant interviews and support employee relations. May assist with operational functions such as purchasing, receiving, and inventory. Requires at least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience and Food Safety Certification per local jurisdiction. Strong problem solving and communication skills are essential.
