Job Summary
Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed. Lead a high-performing team of hourly Team Members and may assist with purchasing, receiving, and inventory. Participate in applicant interviews and support employee relations. Strong problem solving and communication skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team
- Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction
- Strong problem solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
