Job Summary
Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed. Lead a high-performing, hourly team; may assist with purchasing, receiving, and inventory. Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations. Requires at least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team and Food Safety Certification. Strong problem solving and communication skills are essential to deliver hospitality aligned with Shake Shack’s standards.
Required Qualifications
