Job Summary
Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed. Help build and lead a high-performing team of hourly Team Members. May assist with operational support functions (e.g., Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory). Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations. Requires at least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team, Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction, strong problem solving skills, and effective communication skills (written and verbal).
