Job Summary
Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed. Help build and lead a high-performing team of hourly Team Members. May assist with operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, and inventory. Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations. Requires at least one year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team and a Food Safety Certification. Starting hourly rate is $18.00 to $22.00.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team
- Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction
- Strong problem solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
