Job Summary
Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed. Help build and lead a high-performing team of hourly Team Members, while assisting with operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, and inventory. Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations to maintain a positive work environment. Requires at least one year of restaurant leadership experience and food safety certification. Starting hourly rate is $19.00 to $23.00.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team
- Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction
- Strong problem solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
