Job Summary
Manage the flow of service on a shift and direct the work of team members to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed. Lead a high-performing team of hourly Team Members; may assist with operational support functions (e.g., Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory). Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations. Ensure adherence to brand standards and hospitality excellence.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team
- Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction
- Strong problem solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
