Job Summary
Oversee daily shift operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience while leading and supporting the team to foster a positive work environment. Achieve budgeted sales targets through efficient staff deployment and maintain high service standards with full compliance to brand expectations. Manage evening and weekend shifts from 11am to 10:30pm, including bank holidays, under a guaranteed minimum of 120 hours per four-week period.
