Job Summary
Lead the restaurant crew as a Restaurant Shift Manager; guide and motivate the team, set the example for excellent, friendly customer service, and oversee shift operations including making subs, running the register, cleaning, scheduling, and other duties. Requires previous restaurant experience, leadership presence, ability to train staff, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Must have a valid driver’s license, basic MS Office skills, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. DiBella’s is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work occasional nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, balance friendliness with efficiency, and maintain focus
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
