Job Summary
Lead the crew through your shift by setting an example of excellent, friendly, and upbeat customer service. Your day-to-day includes making subs, running the register, cleaning, scheduling, and performing other shift duties while prioritizing tasks and balancing friendliness with efficiency. You must communicate effectively with customers and co-workers, interpret the crew handbook, and guide the team with a fun yet firm approach. Valid driver's license and MS Office proficiency are required. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential, along with physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs. At DiBella's, you help cultivate the best dining experience for guests.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Must have a working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work on occasion nights, weekends, and holiday's
- Required frequently: standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, balance friendliness with efficiency, and maintain focus
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
