Job Summary
Shift Leaders oversee the people, processes, and products required to execute a shift at Zaxbys. Responsibilities include training and coaching team members, communicating shift goals, delegating tasks, maintaining operational standards and product quality, managing inventory and deliveries, ensuring guest satisfaction, and upholding food safety and sanitation protocols. The role requires leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and develop staff, with a flexible schedule (9–28 hours per week) and compliance with background checks. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of background check
