Job Summary
Shift Leaders oversee the people, processes, and products required to execute a shift. They set shift goals, assign tasks to team members, ensure processes are properly followed, and respond to guests' needs. Responsibilities include mentoring and coaching team members, communicating performance concerns to the General Manager, maintaining a positive culture and high team morale, motivating staff to meet goals, delegating tasks, ensuring food safety and quality, managing inventory and deliveries, and ensuring compliance with policies while delivering an excellent guest experience. The role emphasizes leadership, training, ensuring service and product quality, and maintaining safety and operational standards. Flexible schedule and available to work a variety of shifts are required, with opportunities for advancement and participation in benefits programs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of background check
- Demonstrates leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others
