Job Summary
Shift Leaders oversee the people, processes, and products required to execute a shift. They set shift goals, assign tasks to team members, ensure processes are properly followed, and respond to guests' needs. Responsibilities include training and coaching team members, maintaining high guest and team member experiences, ensuring food safety and quality, managing inventory and deliveries, coordinating with management to develop goals, and ensuring operations comply with company guidelines and safety standards. The role requires leadership, the ability to delegate, communicate effectively, and sustain a positive team culture, with responsibilities including opening/closing duties, cash policies, and adherence to policies across daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of background check
- Demonstrates leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others
- Leadership experience preferred
