Restaurant Shift Leader (Overnight)

Oversees all restaurant activities during the shift, ensures smooth store operations, exceptional guest service, and adherence to brand standards; supervises staff, handles cash management, and maintains cleanliness and safety. Works hands-on as needed, partners with the Management Team to execute the business plan, provides training to others, and resolves issues promptly while enforcing policies and procedures. Responsibilities include motivating the team, managing labor and cash procedures, maintaining food and safety standards, and supporting various stations as needed to deliver a positive guest experience.
