Restaurant Shift Leader (Full-Time)

Job Summary
Shift Leaders oversee the people, processes, and products required to execute a shift. They set shift goals, assign tasks to team members, ensure processes are followed, mentor and coach staff, manage guest experience, delegate duties, and maintain food safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include training, developing team members, communicating performance goals to management, monitoring inventory and deliveries, ensuring policy compliance, coordinating opening/closing duties, and upholding safe, high-quality guest experiences while adhering to company standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Available to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 40 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of background check
- Demonstrates leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others
