Job Summary
Shift Leaders oversee the people, processes, and products required to execute a shift. They set shift goals, assign tasks to team members, ensure processes are followed, and respond to guests' needs. Responsibilities include mentoring and coaching team members, maintaining a positive culture, communicating shift goals, delegating tasks, ensuring operational standards and food safety, managing inventory and product quality, undertaking opening/closing duties, and collaborating with management to meet goals. The role emphasizes leadership, guest satisfaction, adherence to safety guidelines, and maintaining records, with a focus on training, performance development, and compliance with company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Available to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 40 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of background check
