Restaurant Shift Leader (Full-Time)

Job Summary
Shift Leaders oversee the people, processes, and products required to execute a shift. They set shift goals, assign tasks to team members, ensure processes are properly followed, respond to guests' needs, mentor and coach staff, maintain a positive culture, communicate goals, delegate tasks, supervise performance, and ensure compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include managing food safety and quality, inventory counts, opening/closing duties, cash management, reporting to management, maintaining safety guidelines, and supporting overall restaurant operations to satisfy guest expectations and drive performance. 18+ age, reliable transportation, flexible schedule, and background check are required; leadership experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Available to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 40 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of background check
- Demonstrates leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others
- Leadership experience preferred
