Job Summary
Shift Leaders oversee the people, processes, and products required to execute a shift. They set shift goals, assign tasks to team members, ensure processes are followed, and respond to guests' needs. Responsibilities include training and coaching team members, maintaining high guest experience, delegating tasks, ensuring food safety and quality, managing inventories and deliveries, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Offers benefits such as flexible schedules, paid training, and opportunities to advance; requires leadership capability and the ability to work a flexible schedule across multiple days/hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Available to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 40 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of background check
- Demonstrates leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others
- Leadership experience preferred
