Restaurant Shift Leader (Full-Time)

Job Summary
Shift Leaders oversee the people, processes, and products required to execute a shift. They set shift goals, assign tasks to team members, respond to guests' needs, train and coach team members, ensure food safety and product quality, manage inventory and cash handling, and uphold operational standards while fostering a positive culture and guest experience. Responsibilities include delegating tasks, maintaining compliance with guidelines, coordinating with management to meet goals, opening/closing duties, and ensuring safety and quality throughout shifts. Must be 18+, able to work 32-40 hours/week, flexible schedule, and pass background checks; leadership experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Available to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 40 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of background check
- Demonstrates leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others
- Leadership experience preferred
