Restaurant Shift Leader (Full-Time)

Job Summary
Shift Leaders oversee the people, processes, and products required to execute a shift. They set shift goals, assign tasks to team members, delegate tasks, mentor and coach team members, ensure food safety and quality standards, manage inventory and cash handling, and maintain a positive guest and team member experience. Responsibilities include training completion, maintaining operational standards, communicating goals, supervising performance, ensuring compliance with policies, coordinating opening/closing duties, and collaborating with management to achieve goals. Requirements include being 18+, reliable transportation, availability for 5 days with 32–40 hours, ability to work a flexible schedule, passing a background check, and demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills; leadership experience is preferred.

- Available to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 40 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of background check
- Demonstrates leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others
- Leadership experience preferred
