Shift Leaders oversee the people, processes, and products required to execute a shift. They set shift goals, assign tasks to team members, ensure processes are properly followed, and respond to guests' needs. Responsibilities include completing training, mentoring and coaching team members, maintaining positive culture and high morale, communicating shift goals, delegating tasks, ensuring operational standards and safety compliance, managing inventory and deliveries, monitoring food production and quality, tracking food safety and guest satisfaction, planning shift duties, collaborating with management, and following cash-handling policies. Requirements emphasize leadership, flexibility, and ability to work 32–40 hours per week with a minimum 5 days, plus background check and the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Required Qualifications
