Job Summary
Shift Leaders oversee the people, processes, and products required to execute a shift. They set shift goals, assign tasks to team members, ensure processes are properly followed, and respond to guests' needs. Responsibilities include completing training, mentoring and coaching team members, maintaining positive culture and high morale, communicating shift goals, delegating tasks, ensuring operational standards and safety compliance, managing inventory and deliveries, monitoring food production and quality, tracking food safety and guest satisfaction, planning shift duties, collaborating with management, and following cash-handling policies. Requirements emphasize leadership, flexibility, and ability to work 32–40 hours per week with a minimum 5 days, plus background check and the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The role focuses on ensuring guest experiences, product quality, and adherence to company standards within a full-time shift leadership capacity.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Available to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 40 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of background check
- Demonstrates leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others
- Leadership experience preferred
