Job Summary
Oversee restaurant operations during shift, supervise staff, interact with guests, handle cash management, and maintain cleanliness and safety. Partner with the Management Team to execute business plans, provide training, resolve issues promptly, and enforce policies and procedures. Lead with empathy and teamwork; ensure brand standards for service, food quality, and safety while managing labor tracking, cash handling, and compliance with labor laws. Perform hands-on duties as needed to support operations and guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
- Previous fast food restaurant experience required.
- Communication in English is required, Spanish comprehension helpful.
- Fundamental reading, writing, math, and computer/POS skills.
