Restaurant Shift Leader

Lead teams in providing exceptional Southern Hospitality by ensuring Team Members greet guests with a genuine smile and warm spirit. Oversee quality and safety standards through proper cooking procedures, product calls, temp logs, and waste management. Assist with creating and implementing plans for flawless execution of Bojangles standards. Accept payments from guests, make change correctly, explain the menu, and answer product questions. Perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Schedule includes flexible morning, evening, weekend, full, and part-time hours with weekly pay, free meals, and unlimited telemedicine.
