Job Summary
Lead teams in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality by greeting guests with genuine smiles and ensuring quality and safety standards through proper cooking procedures, product calls, temp logs, and waste management. Assist with creating and implementing plans for flawless execution of Bojangles standards, while accepting payments, making change correctly, and answering menu and product questions for all guests. Requires bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs as necessary. Full-time and part-time flexible hours available with weekly pay, free meals, and unlimited telemedicine.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid Drivers License
- Prior cash handling experience
- Prior experience using Microsoft products
