Job Summary
Lead teams in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality by ensuring guests receive a genuine smile and warm welcome. Enforce quality and safety standards through proper cooking procedures, product calls, temp logs, and waste management. Assist in creating and implementing plans for flawless execution of Bojangles standards. Accept guest payments, make correct change, explain the menu, and answer product questions. Requires bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs as necessary. Must be at least 18 with a valid driver's license, possess prior cash handling experience, and have Microsoft product familiarity. Offers flexible morning, evening, and weekend hours with weekly pay and free meals.
