Restaurant Shift Leader

Lead teams in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality by ensuring guests are greeted with a genuine smile and warm spirit. Oversee quality and safety standards through proper cooking procedures, product calls, temp logs, and waste management. Assist in creating and implementing plans for flawless execution of Bojangles standards. Accept payments from guests, make correct change, and explain the menu while answering product questions. Perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs as necessary. Requires a valid driver's license, cash handling experience, and Microsoft product familiarity. Full-time or part-time roles available with flexible morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
