Restaurant Shift Leader

Lead teams in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality by greeting guests with genuine smiles and warmth. Enforce quality and safety standards through proper cooking procedures, product calls, temp logs, and waste management. Assist with creating and implementing plans to ensure flawless execution of Bojangles standards. Accept payments from guests, make change correctly, and explain the menu while answering product questions. Perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs as necessary. Requires valid driver's license, prior cash handling experience, and Microsoft product familiarity. Flexible hours available for morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
