Restaurant Shift Leader

Lead teams in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality by ensuring Team Members greet guests with a genuine smile. Enforce quality and safety standards through proper cooking procedures, product calls, temp logs, and waste management. Assist in creating and implementing plans for flawless execution of Bojangles standards. Accept guest payments, make change correctly, and explain the menu while answering product questions. Perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs as necessary. Requires valid driver's license, cash handling experience, and Microsoft product familiarity. Weekly pay and flexible scheduling available.
