Lead teams in providing exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences by ensuring guests are greeted with genuine smiles and a warm spirit. Enforce quality and safety standards through proper cooking procedures, product calls, temp logs, and waste management. Assist with creating and implementing plans for flawless execution of Bojangles standards. Accept payments from guests, make correct change, and explain the menu while answering product questions. Perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs as necessary. Requires valid driver's license, cash handling experience, and Microsoft product familiarity.
