Restaurant Shift Leader

Lead teams in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality by ensuring guests receive a genuine smile and warm welcome. Enforce quality and safety standards through proper cooking procedures, product calls, temp logs, and waste management. Assist with creating and implementing plans for flawless execution of Bojangles standards. Accept guest payments, make correct change, explain the menu, and answer product questions. Perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting objects over 25 lbs as necessary. Requires a valid driver's license, cash handling experience, and Microsoft product familiarity. Weekly pay and flexible scheduling available for morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
