Lead teams in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality by ensuring Team Members greet guests with genuine smiles. Execute quality and safety standards through proper cooking procedures, product calls, temp logs, and waste management. Assist in creating and implementing plans for flawless execution of Bojangles standards. Accept payments from guests, make correct change, and explain the menu while answering product questions. Perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Requires valid driver's license, cash handling experience, and Microsoft product familiarity. Flexible full or part-time hours available with weekly pay and free meals.
