Lead teams in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality by greeting guests with genuine smiles, explaining menus, and answering product questions. Enforce quality and safety standards through proper cooking procedures, product calls, temp logs, and waste management. Assist in creating and implementing plans for flawless execution of Bojangles standards while accepting payments and making change correctly. Requires bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs as necessary. Flexible hours available in mornings, evenings, and weekends for full or part-time roles with weekly pay.
