Lead teams in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality by ensuring guests are greeted with a genuine smile and warm spirit. Enforce quality and safety standards through proper cooking procedures, product calls, temp logs, and waste management. Assist in creating and implementing plans for flawless execution of Bojangles standards while accepting payments, making change correctly, and answering product questions. Perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs as necessary. Requires valid driver's license, prior cash handling experience, and Microsoft product familiarity.
