Restaurant Shift Leader

Lead teams in providing exceptional Southern Hospitality by ensuring Team Members greet guests with a genuine smile and warm spirit. Manage quality and safety standards through proper cooking procedures, product calls, temp logs, and waste management while assisting with plans for flawless execution of Bojangles standards. Accept payments from guests, make change correctly, explain the menu, and answer product questions for all visitors. Requires bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting 25+ lbs as necessary. Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license, possess prior cash handling experience, and have experience using Microsoft products. Weekly pay and flexible hours available.
